Business Development Executive

MetricFox is looking for a street-smart, sales-focused, experienced salesperson with a good track record at engaging with customers across all industries.  As a Digital Sales Specialist, you will be a key driver of new Digital revenues for our company. You will be responsible for developing new business and growing existing accounts through the sale of our extensive digital services suite including Web, Ecommerce, Mobile, SEO, E-Mail Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Reputation Management, Pay Per Click and Social Media advertising.

 In addition, part of your work will be in tandem with training others, developing proposals, pricing, presentations as well as managing, optimizing and reporting on campaigns to drive incremental revenue. 

Responsibilities:

Management & Organization:

  • Looking for a professional, results-oriented sales person with a proven track record to take ownership and accountability for driving digital marketing services sales for MetricFox.
  • Responsible for establishing, developing, maintaining and managing relationships with the new and existing customer base and driving the revenue.
  • The candidate has to build a digital sales strategy, define sales alignment with respective teams, visit customers and business partners, present our advantages, drive the execution to make business result, forecast and report this deals in order to achieve quota.
  • Execute digital sales strategies along with the Digital Strategy Lead to maximize digital sales.
  • Identify new local and regional client Opportunities
  • Submit monthly sales forecasts.
  • Actively identify and pursue new advertising and revenue opportunities
  • Meet the assigned quarterly revenue targets
  • Generate & exceed assigned Revenue
  • Should be strong with proposal writing targets per month

  • Strategize for growth and maximum share of category spends on digital platform
  • Keep up to date with trends and developments in the digital industry to gain early insights into new business opportunities advantage

Ideal Candidate:

  •  Three years media experience working with a major publisher, agency or technology company
  • Knowledge of digital media landscape, challenges in the marketplace and understanding the competition. Specific knowledge around Digital Video, Social Media and Branded Content a plus.
  • Experience selling digital and multi-screen solutions to clients and agencies
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • High-level Communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Eagerness to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to interpret industry trends, and successfully tailor media offerings to provide solutions and maximum revenue generation

Preferred Qualifications

Graduation/ MBA

Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies

Experience: 2 to 5 years
