We are looking for someone that has experience working with multiple brands in the social media marketing space. Must be well-organized, a strong communicator, client-facing, rock-star that bleeds social media marketing.
Responsibilities:
Management & Organization
- Should be an expert in Leading Social Practices. Should be able to lead and leverage social media to meet the brand & client's objectives, should be an expert in Social innovation, social media measurement/analytics, expertise in social media ads is quintessential.
- Should build great client relationship, the expert in client servicing. Should be able to generate revenue & bring in clients. Should display great Team Management & leadership skills.
- Work with clients to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, advertising campaigns, Research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients' industries.
- Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience
- Campaign Management (Understanding of Google Adwords and PPC).
- Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand (Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc).
- Stay current with social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.
- Basic Designing Skills (web & blog images, social media images, infographics, etc.)
- Conceptualization and maintenance of website (new ideas, code improvement for SEO, content posting
Ideal Candidate:
- 6+ years of social media marketing experience (prefer to have account management experience).
- Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and, reputation management.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about current and emerging social networks
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Google Communities, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Minimum Two years team handing experience.
- Should have undergone digital marketing training.
