Telemarketing Executive
Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Management & Organization

  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients/customers, explain product and services for 
    generating appointments for the business development team,
  • Generate leads/prospects over the phone
  • Responsible for generating sales with project-specific inquiries.
  • Get connected with customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
  • Report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
  • Increasing business opportunities through reference generation & various routes to market.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits and follows up with client till closure.
  • Ability to develop & maintain a positive working relationship with client/customers
    follow-ups
  • Reaching the targets and goals set, establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Send mailers, maintain complete database & reports

Ideal Candidate

  • Should have Minimum 2-3 years of experience in outbound calling.
  • Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal oriented.
  • Should have good Communications & convincing skills. 
  • Excellent conversational and customer service

Experience: 2 to 5 years
