Responsibilities:
Management & Organization
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients/customers, explain product and services for
generating appointments for the business development team,
- Generate leads/prospects over the phone
- Responsible for generating sales with project-specific inquiries.
- Get connected with customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
- Report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
- Increasing business opportunities through reference generation & various routes to market.
- Schedule and conduct site visits and follows up with client till closure.
- Ability to develop & maintain a positive working relationship with client/customers
follow-ups
- Reaching the targets and goals set, establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Send mailers, maintain complete database & reports
Ideal Candidate
- Should have Minimum 2-3 years of experience in outbound calling.
- Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal oriented.
- Should have good Communications & convincing skills.
- Excellent conversational and customer service
Experience: 2 to 5 years
