Responsibilities:
Management & Organization
- Work as a consultant/expert for customers about our products and services.
- Confirm the orders with the clients as soon it is uploaded in the CRM
- Improving internal communication -- streamlining of information sharing among internal teams.
- Make sure the files are delivered and received by clients on time as requested
- Collect Feedback/Insights/Testimonials from the client and thereby help the company increase sales revenues and innovate new products.
- Take ownership of the client/BD queries/issues and proactively follow through to resolution ASAP and ensure clients revert for a repeat purchase.
- Engage clients with new product updates and constantly check for new requirements from clients for Upsell.
- Schedule client appointments with experts for cross selling marketing collaterals and thereby engage clients for long term relationship.
Ideal Candidate:
- Good communication and Listening skills.
- Out-of-box approach to deal with client issues and providing a win-win resolution.
- Good Understanding of Handling client Issues
- Experience in up selling products/services
