Customer Success Executive
Location: Bangalore

To ensure clients are delighted with our services, CSAT scores are met month on month and strive towards increasing repeat Business.

Responsibilities:

Management & Organization

  • Work as a consultant/expert for customers about our products and services.
  • Confirm the orders with the clients as soon it is uploaded in the CRM
  • Improving internal communication -- streamlining of information sharing among internal teams.
  • Make sure the files are delivered and received by clients on time as requested
  • Collect Feedback/Insights/Testimonials from the client and thereby help the company increase sales revenues and innovate new products.
  • Take ownership of the client/BD queries/issues and proactively follow through to resolution ASAP and ensure clients revert for a repeat purchase.
  • Engage clients with new product updates and constantly check for new requirements from clients for Upsell.
  • Schedule client appointments with experts for cross selling marketing collaterals and thereby engage clients for long term relationship.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Good communication and Listening skills.
  • Out-of-box approach to deal with client issues and providing a win-win resolution.
  • Good Understanding of Handling  client Issues 
  • Experience in up selling products/services

Experience: 1 to 3 years
