Responsibilities:

Management and Organization

• Establishing and managing project plan, including the preparation of estimation/schedule documents, preparing Functional Specs, Technical Specs, Task detail and Project monitoring.
• Leading the Mobile app development efforts for popular smartphones like Android, iPhone, and BlackBerry.
• Developing both native and Web/Hybrid mobile apps, Interacting with clients on regular basis as a SPOC (Email/IM/Telephone/F2F) for understanding the requirements and needs.
• Converting client requirements into the Functional specification and technical documents Preparing WBS and  project schedule/estimation documents,
• Interacting with the client on regular basis as a SPOC (Email/IM/Telephone/F2F)  and oversee the execution of all deliverables, including reporting periodically to customer and stakeholder/sponsor on progress, incorporating customer-directed changes into the plan, and obtaining final sign-off on the deliverables.

• When appropriate, executed project steps as a full team member,

• Interacting with designing and QA teams to understand the client requirements,

• Assigning tasks to subordinates and helping them to resolve complex problems,

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in Java, JSP, Servlets, CSS, HTML,Java JQuery,, SQLite,Apache Tomcat,Jetty,Apache Maven 2.
• Leading the Mobile app development efforts for popular smartphones like Android, iPhone, and BlackBerry.
• Knowledge in Subversion(SVN), Xcode, Eclipse, Dream Weaver, S Gifted
• Sending regular status updates to Management and Clients

Experience: 1 to 3 years
